Mr. Roesner started his business consulting firm, Equity Coaltion in 1997 focusing on Regulation D private placements for startups and raising investment capital through accredited investors, private equity groups, hedge funds, pension plans, and broker dealers. Since 1998, he has been investing in commercial and residential real estate and has been lending to real estate operators nationwide.
